Judgement of the Constitutional Court in case No. 2015-01-01 on the national flag. The Court for the first time refers to the introduction of the Constitution. The Court finds that the national flag has the status of a symbol of the State and that the constitutional regulation on it, inter alia, constitutes the constitutional foundations of the State.
