The Constitutional Court decided: to terminate legal proceedings in Case No. 2021-10-03 "On Compliance of Paragraph 35.3 of the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation of 9 June 2020 No. 360 "Epidemiological Security Measures to Limit the Spread of Covid-19 Infection" with the Second Sentence of Section 98 of the Satversme of the Republic of Latvia".
