Today the Constitutional Court of Latvia publishes a new episode of the podcast “Tversme”. In the episode, the Judge of the Constitutional Court of Latvia Artūrs Kučs, talks to the Vice-President of the European Commission on Democracy through Law (Venice Commission) Herdis Kjerulf Torgeirsdóttir, about the sustainability and adaptation of fundamental rights to the modern technological age.
