The Constitutional Court of Latvia, the Supreme Court of Estonia and the Constitutional Court of Lithuania express solidarity with Ukraine
The Constitutional Court of Latvia, the Supreme Court of Estonia and the Constitutional Court of Lithuania have sent a letter to the Conference of European Constitutional Courts (hereinafter – the CECC) in solidarity with the Ukrainian judiciary and the Ukrainian people. The Constitutional Courts of the three Baltic States condemn the aggression of the Russian Federation against the independent state of Ukraine. To this end, the Constitutional Courts of the three Baltic States propose to exclude the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation from the CECC and to consider excluding the Constitutional Court of Belarus as an observer from the CECC.
