Court Archive

The Archive holds all the documents of the Constitutional Court, from its establishment to date.

The Archive currently contains 1343 records – materials of the Court’s cases and documents related to the core activity of the Court. The retention period for 1147 of those records is permanent (perpetual), as they have been designated as being of historical, public, scientific, and cultural significance according to the archival value criteria.

The Constitutional Court Archive is used for academic research and for the purposes of work carried out by the Constitutional Court judges and employees.
