Dear Presidents,
I wish to express my deepest condolences to you, to your colleagues and to the people of Belgium on the tragic deaths caused by the horrific terrorist attacks in Brussels.
All my colleagues join me in conveying our heartfelt sorrow on this sad occasion to the people of Belgium.
We are deeply shocked by the absolutely unjustified deliberate atrocities that have claimed the lives of peaceful people. We strongly condemn the bloody terrorist acts. There can be no justification for such brutal acts of criminal violence against indiscriminate victims.
We grieve with you and the relatives of the victims in this sad hour and extend the wishes of strength to your people in this particularly difficult time.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the loved ones of the victims.
